Greg Williams

Greg Williams is a Country Singer-Songwriter/Musician based out of Toronto, Ontario. Influenced by artists and writers such as Jason Isbell, Chris Stapleton, Jason McCoy, and Sturgill Simpson, Greg succeeds in presenting country music with a twist in his exciting and polished shows each night.

 Born and raised in Dorchester, Ontario, Williams got his start in music at the age of seven when he began fiddling. 17 years later, he still considers this the best decision he has ever made. Since then he has shared the stage with/opened for numerous acts including The Reklaws, Autumn Hill, Cold Creek County, Doc Walker, Cole Swindell, Tim Hicks, Sam Hunt, Dierks Bentley, and Florida Georgia Line. Additionally, Williams was named Most Entertaining Fiddler of the Year at the Canadian Open Fiddling Championships in Shelburne, Ontario in 2010.

Williams has been performing in North America for many years and in many locations. In Toronto at The Rock ‘n’ Horse Saloon, Boots & Bourbon Saloon, and the Legendary Horseshoe Tavern. He has also entertained in larger venues such as Boots & Hearts Music Festival, Maple Leaf Gardens, Budweiser Gardens(London, ON), Palmer Rapids Twin Music Festival, and Disney’s Waterfront Stage (Orlando, FL).

Greg Williams is currently working on his first solo EP, which he hopes to release in the winter of 2017, and cannot wait to hit the stage at the Havelock Country Jamboree.”
